Hi, welcome to Kulitzer, the place where you can join contests you want to compete in and earn recognition and accolades. You can check how your creative output measures up against other people’s and win the Kulitzer Prize in your creative category. Or start your own Kulitzer contest and even earn some money that way.
The great thing about the Kulitzer platform is that you are also in the jury of the contest you entered for. That means you get to vote on other people’s work in your contest and be part of the judging process. And of course receive votes from other people as well and gather a bit of fame and glory. And in some cases, cold hard cash.
When you win that Kulitzer Prize, you earn the salutations of your peers. Exploit those bragging rights and tell your friends just how cool you are. You will find many different contests on as many different subjects, with creative people from all over the world participating in them. Participating in a contest in your creative field is a great way to connect to like-minded people and get an encouraging tap on the back of appreciation from them. And contests that have an entry fee allow you to win prize money on top of the kudos.
Here at Kulitzer, we don’t believe much in the wisdom of a vast, anonymous crowd. In our humble opinion, a random crowd of humans does not necessarily constitute an organism with a legitimate point of view. Instead, we seek to inspire the phenomenon of individual intelligence by using a smart voting mechanism for each contest. How that works will be explained in the tour and help pages. The thing is: Kulitzer is not a superhuman creature—it’s not a system that puts people in the shadows. It’s a platform for you, your creativity, and the ability to connect and get recognition from peers colleagues and friends. We aspire to stimulate the different potentials in each person’s creativity and celebrate excellence. Play around. Have fun. Get noticed.
